ABOUT MUBI

Our clients came to us with a clear vision: a Japandi-style kitchen that felt calm, uncluttered, and intentional. From our first meeting, we saw the potential in their existing space and knew exactly how to bring their ideas to life.

The result is a clean, minimalist kitchen that reflects the essence of Japandi interior design—natural textures, warm wood tones, and functional elegance. It’s a perfect example of how thoughtful kitchen design can feel both timeless and relaxed.

One standout feature is the custom coffee station nook—an everyday luxury that keeps essentials within easy reach. These small, purposeful design details are what make a bespoke kitchen truly work: tailored storage solutions that reflect how people actually live, all handcrafted in our local workshop.

The breakfast counter—designed as a peninsula—serves as both a subtle space divider and a highly functional gathering spot. With its deep worktop overhang, it comfortably seats four, making it ideal for casual dining or morning coffee. The XL fluted oak panels create a seamless visual flow into the tall, curved pantry cupboard, softening the transition and enhancing the overall layout.

This project is a great example of the kind of custom wooden kitchen we love to create—designed with care, built by hand, and full of character. If you’re looking for a Japandi-inspired kitchen that blends practicality with personality, this is a great place to start.
