The challenge was to design and build this enormous custom bookcase. The ceilings are over 5 metres tall so we made a bespoke ladder in solid Oak. The cabinets are a mix of Oak veneer and hand painted MDF.
The idea of mixing open and closed space allows you the flexibility of messy space and tidy space. We included and upholstered reading bench that also acts as a sofa to the room.
